FAST

Thanks to our patented pantographs, Synchro-Tel and Damper-Shell Evo systems, we guarantee up to 2,000,000 cycles utilization at a working speed of 100m/min and acceleration up to 1g.

RESISTANT

The steel we use for the production of standard telescopic covers is developed and processed directly by us, which ensures very high quality for flatness, corrosion and wear-resistance. The thickness of steel plates ranges from 1.5 to 3 mm.

RELIABLE

Thanks to our patented oil wipers, the maintenance work is kept to a minimum, as these can be easily replaced without removing any section.

DUAL BARRIER - 2EVO

It is a double protection system consisting of a telescopic cover with integrated thermic-welded bellows underneath, for a perfect seal to the coolant.

The bellow conveys the coolant to the conveyor or to the cooling tank, thus preventing the coolant from mixing with the hydrostatic oil.

In the EVO version, installation is carried out exclusively on the telescopic guides, facilitating assembly and maintenance.

SHEET-POCKET

The SHEET-POCKET telescopic steel cover is the most effective solution for shielding the Y-axis (vertical) in horizontal machining centers and in boring machines, even in case of very large strokes.
The rigid and steady geometry of the elements ensures that they keep fastened together and well aligned. This allows perfect scraping and extends the life of the SHEET-POCKET even with large quantities of chips.
Minimal maintenance required.
The double-stepped version provides maximum retention against the penetration of fluids during machining.
Speeds up to 150 m/min.
Accelerations of 2 g.

Thanks to the joined-together bins and sheet alignment, a perfect scraping is achieved with no need for oil wipers.

The easy-to-remove, closed configuration is independent from the machine structure, which allows quick and simple maintenance.

MULTIBEND

The perfect solution for applications where lightweight protection is needed.

Due to its lower thickness compared to a standard telescopic cover, Multibend weighs up to 50% less.
